Important steps before you start

All booking systems (restaurant, car wash, massage & spa) must be enabled in Settings before they can be used.

How to enable:

  1. Go to Dashboard and click "Settings".
  2. Find the "Booking system" section in Settings.
  3. Select the system you want to enable (restaurant, car wash, or massage & spa).
  4. Choose the listing you want to enable.
  5. Click "Enable".

Note: You must have a listing before enabling. Create one first if needed.

🎯1. Create a new post

Create a new announcement for your business.

Steps:

  1. 1.Open the user menu and go to “My posts”.
  2. 2.Click “Create new post”.
  3. 3.Choose a category and fill in the basic info.
  4. 4.Use Google Maps search to auto-fill location details.
  5. 5.Upload images and publish.

  • ✓Double-check imported data from Google Maps.
  • ✓Use clear, concise descriptions and high-quality photos.

  3. 3.Click the edit (pencil) icon and save changes.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions from business owners

Q:How does Google Maps search work?

When you type a place name in the Google Maps search field and click Search, the system pulls data from Google Maps automatically—address, coordinates, phone, and more—so you don’t have to fill everything manually.

Q:What if my business is not on Google Maps?

You can skip the Google Maps step and enter the address, description, and other details manually in the form.

Q:Why must I enable the booking system in Settings first?

This links your listing to the correct booking system and prevents duplicate configuration. You can choose which listings to enable.

Q:How many booking systems can I use at once?

You can enable multiple systems at the same time. For example, a restaurant that also offers spa services can enable both.

Q:What if I don’t have a listing yet?

Create a listing in the relevant category first (restaurants, services, etc.). Then you can enable bookings for that listing.
